When Luis reached out, he dreamed of an epic Arctic proposal for his girlfriend Maria. 🌍💍 They came all the way from Costa Rica to Tromsø, and together we planned a full-day adventure — with waterfalls, mountains, and champagne.
To keep the surprise safe, I posed as their guide and picked them up at the hotel. At our very first stop, Luis couldn’t wait any longer. Nervous and excited, he dropped to one knee. Maria’s reaction? Tears, laughter, and a big YES! 🥂✨
After the proposal, we set off towards a remote waterfall in Lyngen for the rest of their Arctic adventure. And this was just the beginning...

I am treasuring these last days of my very last pr

I am treasuring these last days of my very last pregnancy. They are so precious to me, especially since this time around, I have felt amazing! Not only have I felt so strong, healthy, vigorous and active, working out or doing nature walks in the forest several times a week. But, because of loving guidance from a caring birth worker, I have also felt truly in touch with my intuition, making the best choices for myself and my baby, I have felt in tune with my feminine power and connected to my ancestral foremothers.

Now, I am looking forward to the sensations of birth whilst I move in between worlds. I look forward to bringing life to this earth; in peace, joy and with wisdom and serenity I did not have as a neither a 24 nor a 36 year old woman. Now, at almost 40, I am so grateful for the journey only a pregnancy can take you through, if you let it.

Baby, I am ready for you, let’s do this together you and I. Just let me savour your little kicks one last time 🥰
